Prajna Pandita has been enrolled as an Advocate with the Bar Council of Delhi since 2024 (Enrolment No. D/9991/2024).
Prajna is part of the Corporate team at the firm, where she works on Company law, Income Tax law, mergers and acquisitions, Corporate Advisory, contracts, compliance, and due diligence. Her practice involves advising clients on corporate structuring, regulatory compliance, and transactional matters, with a focus on ensuring legal and procedural rigor across each engagement.
In addition to advisory work, he has significant litigation experience and represents clients in contentious matters before various Courts and Tribunals, involving trademarks, copyrights, designs and other legal issues.
