Chaitanya Varma has been enrolled as an Advocate with the New Delhi Bar Council since February 2021 (Enrolment No. D/1214/2021).
He handles various matters which include Merger & Acquisition, Corporate and Commercial Law, Banking and Transactional Law, Labour Laws and Regulations, FEMA, Income Tax and GST Matters, Data Privacy, Real Estate Law and Intellectual Property Rights.
He also represents the firm’s clientele in commercial and non- commercial disputes and regularly appears before High Courts, National Company Law Tribunal, as well as other various Subordinate Courts and Tribunals. He has also been part of various Arbitration matters.
