Karan Bajaj, Consultant Advocate
Karan Bajaj has been enrolled as an Advocate with the Bar Council of Delhi since 2010 (Enrolment No. D/4029/2010). He is also a member of the International Trademark Association (INTA).
He has extensive experience in Intellectual Property Law, having worked with leading IP law firms including Lall & Sethi, Remfry & Sagar, Singh & Singh Law Firm LLP.
He regularly advises and represents clients across diverse sectors such as pharmaceuticals, beverages, food and liquor, e-commerce, entertainment, fashion, cosmetics, FMCG, and confectionery. His practice covers trademark, copyright, and design law, including brand clearance, IP filings, brand protection strategies, and enforcement against infringement and counterfeiting.
In addition to advisory work, he has significant litigation experience and represents clients in contentious matters before various Courts and Tribunals, involving trademarks, copyrights, designs and other legal issues.
