Sumedha Jamwal has been enrolled as an Advocate with the Bar Council of Delhi since 2025 (Enrolment No. D/9903/2025).
She is a part of the Corporate and Intellectual Property team, with experience in intellectual property, company law, labour and employment, foreign exchange laws, private equity, mergers and acquisitions, and joint ventures. Her practice includes advising on corporate and commercial matters, drafting and vetting commercial agreements, conducting due diligence, and assisting in Intellectual Property Rights litigation and prosecution for domestic and international clients.
