Vikas Kumar has been enrolled as an Advocate with the Bar Council of Delhi since 2006 (Enrollment No. D/2665/2006) and has also completed LL.M.
He has vast professional experience in handling the matters relating to civil and criminal litigations including representation and appearance before the Hon’ble Courts in India including Supreme Court of India, High Courts, NCLT, NCLAT, District Courts, Electricity Tribunals, DRT, Consumer forums etc.
He is also a part of our German desk and advises/represents various domestic and international clients in the matters relating to oppression and mismanagement, dishonor of negotiable instruments, family disputes, divorce and succession matters, real estate matters and partitions, motor accident matters, consumer disputes, electricity matters, bail matters, arbitration matters, appeals and writs.
